I needed a knee scooter rented through my insurance for a severe ankle break. This company claimed that it was their policy NOT to give me a scooter because I had crutches (given to me LAST MONTH by the hospital-whom had no choice but to send me home with crutches- from a separate injury). The relevance of crutches is absurd as this is a completely different injury and month. To be clear, my insurance approved me for the scooter so this neglect by the company not only was a choice made completely within their own jurisdiction but not indicative of a company that strives to help patients in medical need….

CPAP mask in a flash! I brought my head gear, tubes, and the unit itself, but the mask is currently under my bed 500 MI away. Thankfully the wonderful people at Williams medical were able to get me in and out and under 5 minutes with a brand new mask! If you're out of town or trying to get a good night's sleep in Nashville, but you forgot your stuff, this is where you need to go! Thanks guys!

I had some questions today about purchasing CPAP supplies and Bob, the respiratory therapist, was able to help me. He is always so very helpful and patient with anything I have ever needed. I am very appreciative of receiving a call back, personal communication and exceptional service. It's hard to come by these days. Thank you Bob and Williams for job well done!!

Purchased Crescendo Rollator walker and never thought I would be buying a walker but here I am with that arthritis in my lower back. Levi Mitchell was courteous and helpful. When the tulips bloom in Centennial Park I will be able to go with my friends and walk in park. Back to my active self. This walker glides like a dream and light weight where at 77 I can easily handle myself.

After much research, we purchased my dad’s new hospital bed from Williams. Excellent decision! From the visit to the brick & mortar store through the delivery it was a great experience! The young woman who initially talked with me was quite knowledgeable & helpful. She furnished a card with contact information. I called back & soon received an email from Matt Parks. Matt walked me through the entire process on the phone. I looked up info on the bed & ordered it. Delivery & set up was a breeze! Bryan called to alert me that he was on the way. Once he arrived, Bryan carried in bed & totally assembled it, then checked function. He demonstrated use before leaving the house. I see why Williams has been in business for decades! This company is a class act!

Amazingly kind and helpful family-owned small business. Needed compression stockings and they were very helpful and easy to get fitted for, they were way too tall on me when I got home and by the time I got around to exchanging I had just missed the 30-day window to return - they were gracious and let me do an even exchange for the proper size. Highly recommend!

I been going here for some years now 10+ the service was some of tge best ever. The service they have now with these new and younger employees is nowhere near the standard it use to be. They use to answer the phone give what you need, now it's a strain to get in touch with them now I drive a hour away so I always call and see if they have the product. It's been a couple of times where I just come but they won't have it. They use to have plenty product in stock now it's just seem like the company is trying to save money for themslves I wishthe people that use to work there was still there you can tell this is not the same customer service and its not good where I'm looking to go elsewhere
